Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

We provide short-term accommodation services including vacation stays, business stays, and temporary lodging. Properties may be owned or managed by us or listed through partners.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid and accurate information
• Carry valid government-issued ID at check-in

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt
• Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified
• Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways

4. Security Deposit

Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. Refunds are processed after checkout inspection, subject to deductions for damages or rule violations.

5. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are shown during booking and vary by property.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests must:

• Follow house rules
• Avoid illegal activities
• Respect neighbors and property
• Not exceed permitted occupancy
• Avoid parties/events unless permitted

Violation may result in eviction without refund.

8. Damage & Liability

Guests are liable for damages caused during the stay.

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
